Can only be executed while under the effect of Draconian Fire.

Draconian Fury is an action unlocked at level 82. It is available for Dragoon.
Related traits
Enhanced Coerthan Torment (Lv. 82) - Grants the effect of Draconian Fire after successfully completing a combo with Coerthan Torment.
Lance Mastery IV (Lv. 96) - Upgrades Vorpal Thrust to Lance Barrage and Disembowel to Spiral Blow.

Doom Spike changes to this action under the effect of Draconian Fire.- Draconian Fire is granted by using
Fang and Claw following 
Wheeling Thrust (or vice versa) or 
Coerthan Torment after Enhanced Coerthan Torment is learned at Lv. 82. - Firstminds' Focus is not granted until Lance Mastery IV is learned at Lv. 90, which also unlocks
Wyrmwind Thrust.
