Nastrond is an action unlocked by questing at level 70. It is available for Dragoon.

•   Life of the Dragon (Lv. 70) - Upgrades Blood of the Dragon to Life of the Dragon.
•   Life of the Dragon Mastery (Lv. 78) - Extends the duration of Life of the Dragon to 30 seconds.
•   Lance Mastery IV (Lv. 96) - Upgrades Vorpal Thrust to Lance Barrage and Disembowel to Spiral Blow.

Notes

• Under Life of the Dragon,   Geirskogul will change to this action. It will revert back when the duration of Life of the Dragon expires.
• A maximum of two Nastronds can be used per Life of the Dragon phase until   Life of the Dragon Mastery is learned at Lv. 78, which will increase the number to three.
• The potency of this action is 300 until   Lance Mastery IV is learned at Lv. 90.
