Notes
This action is essentially an instant-cast and off-global cooldown version of Cure II with a 60 second recast. It is unaffected by Temperance. While it has the same potency as Cure II for most levels, it is unaffected by the Enhanced Healing Magic trait at lv. 85 and thus has 100 less healing potency than Cure II when the trait is learned. Regardless, it should still be prioritized over Cure II when available.
