Walkthrough
- Go to Fallgourd Float and fish for a large-sized
Striped Goby. The quest text suggests using 
Crayfish Balls, but 
Moth Pupa is actually a better bait because, when using it, Striped Goby is the only fish you can catch. - After you catch a large-sized Striped Goby, use
Mooch to leave it on the line and fish for a Shadow Catfish.
Steps
- Deliver a shadow catfish to Sisipu.
Journal
- Sisipu would have you learn a new technique.
- Using the technique the acting guildmaster has termed "fishwheeling" (more widely known as mooching), you are to use a crayfish ball to catch a high-quality striped goby, and then recast the goby in order to catch a shadow catfish. The fish can be found in the waters surrounding Fallgourd Float in the North Shroud.
