Walkthrough

1. Go to Fallgourd Float and fish for a large-sized striped goby. The quest text suggests using Crayfish Balls, but Moth Pupa is actually a better bait, as using it, striped goby is the only fish you will catch.
2. After you catch a large-sized striped goby, use Mooch to leave it on the line and fish for a Shadow Catfish.

• Deliver a Shadow Catfish to Sisipu.

• Sisipu would have you learn a new technique.

• Using the technique the acting guildmaster has termed "fishwheeling" (more widely known as mooching), you are to use a crayfish ball to catch a high-quality striped goby, and then recast the goby in order to catch a shadow catfish. The fish can be found in the waters surrounding Fallgourd Float in the North Shroud.

• Sisipu expresses her gratitude for the shadow catfish and seems genuinely impressed by how far you have come in the field of fishing.
