Sphere Scroll

By infusing sphere scrolls with materia, you can enhance a animus weapon with different attributes. To infuse a sphere scroll with materia, select infuse from its subcommands.

Each sphere scroll can be infused with up to 5 types of materia, granting a bonus to the corresponding attribute. The materia is consumed upon use.

While grade I materia satisfies initial infusions. Progressively higher grades of materia is needed to enhance an attribute pass certain points. There are limits as how many times a attribute can be enhanced.

Each infusion requires the use of Alexandrite. Players can obtain alexandrite by exchanging Allagan Tomestones. They can use find them by traveling to locations marked on Mysterious Maps obtained through certain Morbid Motivation quest. Players can also obtain alexandrites by completing FATEs equipped with animus weapons.

Once you have infused a sphere scroll with materia, Jalzahn can use it to enhance corresponding animus weapon.

In future patches players will be able to un-do the enhancement and apply different ones.
