Steps
- Talk to the nearby gate guard and go up to the airship
- Talk to the shuttle pilot
- Board the Prima Vista
- Talk to Moogle
- Talk to Hurdy
- Go to Kugane and talk to Lina Mewrilah or Hurdy on the pier
- Search for Moncblanc in the Glittering Basin, and kill the red chocobos
- Return to the Prima Vista
- Speak with Jenomis Lexentale
