Zona Seeker is a Rank S Elite Mark found in Western Thanalan.
Killing the Elite Mark will reward the player up to 
100 Allied Seals, 
50 Centurio Seals, 
100 Allagan Tomestones of Poetics, and 
30 Allagan Tomestones of Aesthetics.

Spawn Conditions
Trigger
Fish a Glimmerscale during Clear or Fair weather conditions. Gathering of 300 or higher is required. Zona Seeker has a great "chance" to spawn when the fish hits a player's inventory assuming his random timer is up.
Time
58 to 68 hours after it's been killed; or alternatively 35 to 41 hours after maintenance has ended.
Tips and Tricks
You can use a Butterworm at Nophica's Wells. Snagging is not required. Patience and Patience II can slightly increase you chance of fishing a Glimmerscale.
Description
Few have seen Zona Seeker, such is the altitude it keeps in its deadly flight. Its elusiveness would trouble none but the most ardent scholars of airborne monstrosities, were it not for the many airships of Highwind Skyways lost to Zona Seeker's attacks.
