Refresh is the restoration of MP over time. All jobs have a natural refresh that occurs every tick (that is, every three seconds.) This refresh effect is reduced when engaged in combat. Some jobs have abilities that provide additional refresh.
The table below is the result of limited testing. Please correct as needed.
