Enhanced Hissatsu (Lv. 94) - Reduces Hissatsu: Guren and Hissatsu: Senei recast time to 60 seconds.

Patch 7.05 (2024-07-30): Potency has been reduced from 860 to 800.
Patch 7.0 (2024-07-02): Recast time has been reduced from 120 to 60 seconds upon learning Enhanced Hissatsu.
Patch 6.4 (2023-05-23): Potency has been increased from 800 to 860.
Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07):
