Additional Information
Long considered a myth, Rhalgr, along with other members of the Twelve, appears after Hydaelyn's death. He appears as an old, but muscular man, holding a metal staff and a wearing a metal crown. In combat, he demonstrates control of lightning as well as martial arts and the ability to call down meteors. Like other members of the Twelve, Rhalgr denies being a primal, and claims he cannot be summoned nor does he consume aether. Mortals standing in his presence do not appear to become tempered. Rhalgr later reveals he occasionally travels among mortals in the guise of a falcon. When Rhalgr's realm is visited, the spire is visible, along with a statue of Rhalgr not mentioned in the Faith of the Twelve. However, there do not appear to be souls in attendance.
