Brush with Death is a passive effect that lasts 10 minutes, and is given to the player after the casting of 
Final Sting, 
Self-destruct, or 
Transfusion. This status stops the player from casting "actions that would result in their death" for the duration.
Those Spells, and by extension the debuff, are exclusive only to 
Blue Mage.
