The Balance (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Astrologian.
History
Patch 7.1 (2024-11-12): Removed again.
Patch 6.28 (2022-10-31): The primary target and nearby party members in the area of effect will now be affected even when obstructed by objects in the field.- Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12):
- Re-added.
- Now grants effect to target and all party members within a 20 yalm radius.
- Recast time of 10 seconds has been added.
Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02): Removed.
Patch 4.35 (2018-07-03): Duration reduced from 30 to 15 seconds.- Patch 4.05 (2017-07-17): Duration increased from 15 to 30 seconds.
