Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02):
- Now acquired at level 50 (previously level 48).
- Recast time has been reduced from 90 to 45 seconds.
- Effect duration has been reduced from 15 to 10 seconds.
- Now has a maximum of 2 charges.
Patch 4.5 (2019-01-08): Recast time has been reduced from 150 to 90 seconds.
Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20): Added.
