Promotion is a level  42  Machinist Action.
Additional Information
Rook restores 30 TP per tic (same as Army's Paeon) and Bishop has an MP Refresh Potency of 30 (same as Mage's Ballad). Also, the range of effects is MUCH larger then the animation looks like, so you don't need to stand on top of the turret to receive the buff. The MP Drain from Promotion looks to be the same as the MP Drain from Songs on BRD.

Promotion functions similar to Cleric Stance in that when you activate it, it goes into a 5s cooldown, when you deactivate it, it doesn't go into cooldown. Promotion is nice since compared to BRDs, it doesn't directly affect the MCH's damage (you just lose the damage from the turret). It can be used more freely without having to worry about messing up rotation or waiting for buffs to finish up.
