History
Patch 7.1 (2024-11-12): The additional effect "Reduces target's damage dealt by 50%" has been replaced with "Damage over time" with a potency of 4,000 for 6 seconds.
Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12):

- Potency has been increased from 600 to 4,000.
