Additional Effect: Creates a Slipstream centered around target, dealing damage to any enemies who enter.
Potency: 4,000
Additional Effect: Increases movement speed of party members standing in the Slipstream by 25%

Slipstream (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Summoner.
History
Patch 7.1 (2024-11-12):
- Cast time has been reduced from 1.92 to 1.44 seconds.
- Recast time has been reduced from 30 to 24 seconds.
- The effect "Enemies standing within 5 yalms of the storm's eye take no damage" has been removed.
- The duration of the movement speed increase has been reduced from 10 to 6 seconds.
Patch 6.2 (2022-08-23): Now grants increased movement speed to party members standing in the Slipstream.- Patch 6.11a (2022-05-23):
- Potency has been increased from 6,000 to 8,000.
- Windstorm potency has been increased from 3,000 to 4,000.
