Targeted Circle“Delivers an attack with a potency of 4,000 to target and all enemies nearby it.
Ignores the effects of Guard when dealing damage.
Additional Effect: Adds 3 seconds of charge to the limit gauge
Can only be executed after successfully landing First Generation.
