Meisui (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Ninja.
History
Patch 7.1 (2024-11-12):
- Healing over time duration has been reduced from 15 to 12 seconds.
- The additional effect "Nullifies one status affliction that can be removed by Purify" has been added.
Patch 6.2 (2022-08-23): Fixed an issue wherein this action was not affected by status effects that increase or decrease healing potency.- Patch 6.15 (2022-06-06): Base cure potency has been reduced from 10,000 to 8,000.
