Can only be executed while under the effect of Kaiten.

Mangetsu (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Samurai.
History
Patch 7.1 (2024-11-12): Recast time has been reduced from 2.2 to 1.76 seconds.
Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12):
- Potency has been increased from 1,000 to 8,000.
- Now a combo action with Yukikaze or Hyosetsu.
- The additional effect "Increases Kenki Gauge by 10" has been removed.
- Can now only be executed while under the effect of Kaiten.
Patch 5.1 (2019-10-29): Added.
