Piercing Talon is an action unlocked by questing at level 15. It is available for Lancer / Dragoon.
Related traits
Lance Mastery (Lv. 76) - Increases the potency of True Thrust to 230, Vorpal Thrust to 130, Piercing Talon to 200, Enhanced Piercing Talon to 350, and Disembowel to 140.
