Chimatsuri

Chimatsuri is an action unlocked at level 1. It is available for Rogue / Ninja. It hits a single target with x3.5 the damage of Braver. It has a cast time of 4.5s and an animation lock of 3.7s. This renders the user unable to perform any actions for a total of 8.2s.
When activated, the user rapidly performs a lengthy series of mudras, creating a sphere of glyphs surrounded by blue-burning crystalline chokutō. Upon completion, the blades take to the air and converge on one target.
- Players require full 3 bars of limit break meter to use Chimatsuri.
- Chimatsuri was introduced in Heavensward (3.0).
