Regress (PvP)
“Move instantly to the Hellsgate left behind by you.
Cannot be executed while bound.

Regress (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Reaper.
Notes
- For this action to execute, the Reaper must have a Hellsgate created by
Hell's Ingress active. Furthermore, the Reaper must meet the following conditions:
