Can only be executed after Second Generation.

Second Legacy is an action unlocked at level 100. It is available for Viper.
History
Patch 7.05 (2024-07-30): Potency has been increased from 250 to 280.- Patch 7.01 (2024-07-16): Range has been increased from 3 to 5 yalms.
