Goka Mekkyaku
Targeted Circle“Deals fire damage with a potency of 600 to target and all enemies nearby it.
Mudra Combination: Chi-Ten, or Jin-Ten
Can only be executed while under the effect of Kassatsu.
Triggers the cooldown of weaponskills, mudra, and Ninjutsu upon execution.
※This action cannot be assigned to a hotbar.
※Ninjutsu changes to Goka Mekkyaku when requirements for execution are met.— In-game description
Goka Mekkyaku is an action unlocked at level 76. It is available for Ninja.

- As this action can only be used under
Kassatsu, which increases the next Ninjustu damage by 30%, its effective base potency is 780.
History
Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07):
- Range has been increased from 15 yalms to 20 yalms.
- Potency has been changed from 750 to 600.
Patch 5.5 (2021-04-13): Fixed an issue wherein Goka Mekkyaku appeared grayed out even when ready to be activated.- Patch 5.1 (2019-10-29):
- Potency has been increased from 400 to 750.
- Now triggers the cooldown of weaponskills, mudra, and Ninjutsu upon execution.
- Recast time has been reduced from 20 to 1.5 seconds.
- Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02): Added.
