Striking Muse is an action unlocked at level 50. It is available for Pictomancer.
Related traits
Enhanced Pictomancy II (Lv. 86) - Hammer Stamp changes to Hammer Brush upon execution, which in turn changes to Polishing Hammer upon execution.
Additionally allows the accumulation of charges for consecutive uses of Striking Muse.
