Cooldown
“Delivers an attack with a potency of 150 if Heat Gauge is under 50, 230 if the gauge is 50 or over.
Ammunition Effect: Increases Cooldown potency by 25
Additional Effect: Reduces Heat Gauge by 25— In-game description
Cooldown is an action unlocked at level 62. It is available for Machinist.
History
Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02): Removed and replaced with 
Heat Blast.
