Aetherial Manipulation is an action unlocked at level 50. It is available for Thaumaturge / Black Mage.
History
Patch 4.31 (2018-06-05): Fixed an issue wherein queuing a spell immediately after this action would cause the spell to be interrupted.- Patch 4.3 (2018-05-22): The delay before character movement has been reduced.
- Patch 4.2 (2018-01-30): Recast time has been reduced from 30 to 10 seconds.
- Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20): The character lock immediately after execution has been adjusted.
