Precious Brilliance

Precious Brilliance is an action unlocked at level 26. It is available for Arcanist / Summoner.

Notes
- An AOE version of Gemshine.
- Can only be cast with an active elemental attunement, such as by casting
Summon Ruby. Stacks of elemental attunement are shown on the Aetherflow & Trance Gauge. - The action button will automatically change to the appropriate element, such as Ruby Outburst.
