Killing the Elite Mark will reward the player up to

Bomb Toss. Slipkinx Steeljoint then starts hitting this player with Bomb Toss, small circle AoE. Any players without Hysteria hit by Bomb Toss are 
Stunned and inflicted with a 
Slow debuff. - Gobskin must be broken by players attacking Slipkinx Steeljoints.
