Lalafuto III was an early leader of Belah'dia, the city-state formed by refugees and settlers originating from Mhach. Upon founding the city-state, Lalafuto III was crowned as the Sultan, but many of his policies led to discontentment amongst both the people and the royalty. In the year 871, he vanished under "mysterious circumstances", the search for him lasting only a year and a half, before his wife, Memeto the Meek is crowned as the Sultana.
