The Forgiven Rebellion is a Rank S Elite Mark found in Norvrandt.
Killing the Elite Mark will reward the player up to 400 Sack of Nuts, 200 Allagan Tomestones of Poetics, 100 Allagan Tomestones of Goetia, 1 Cracked Planicluster and 1 Cracked Stellacluster.

Spawn Conditions
Trigger
Each time a Rank S dies in Norvrandt, it has a chance to spawn Forgiven Gossip throughout the zone. Kill these mobs within 5 minutes to spawn it.
- Il Mheg - (x33.2, y11.1), (x25.0, y21.1), (x5.9, y29.7), (x24.4, y36.6)
If they spawned it will announce "The minions of an extraordinarily powerful mark are on the hunt for prey."
Time
84 to 132 hours after it's been killed; or alternatively 50 to 80 hours after maintenance has ended.
