Spawn Conditions
Trigger
- Kill 200 Yumemi of any type (including Naked Yumemi), which can be found in the three underwater caves.
- Okina can spawn anytime after 12pm Eorzea Time prior to the first night of a Full Moon up until the Full Moon has ended, provided enough Yumemi are slain and its random timer is up.
Time
84 to 132 hours after it's been killed; or alternatively 50 to 80 hours after maintenance has ended.
Tips and Tricks
Electric Swipe - Conal AOE behind Okina that hits anyone in its path (stay away from the back of Okina to avoid this)
Body Slam - Large circular aoe that targets a random player. Similar to Vochstein's Freefall.
Expulsion - Circular AOE centered on the boss, move away from the boss to avoid this.
Electric Whorl - Large donut untelegraphed AOE. The safe spot is inside Okina's hitbox, when you see this casting move into okina's hitbox to avoid the damage and debuff it inflicts.
