Nandi is a Rank S Elite Mark found in Upper La Noscea.
Killing the Elite Mark will reward the player up to 
100 Allied Seals, 
50 Centurio Seals, 
100 Allagan Tomestones of Poetics, and 
30 Allagan Tomestones of Aesthetics.

Spawn Conditions
Trigger
Walk/run over his spawn point with your minions out. Can be spawned alone with minion by running.
Time
47 to 54 hours after it's been killed; or alternatively 28 to 32 hours after maintenance has ended.
Tips and Tricks
It's frontal AoE that petrifies is visual based so you can turn your back towards it to avoid the attack.
When attempting to spawn Nandi; run over any place you've seen Marberry or Myradosh before. Nandi shares alot (if not all) of his spawn points with them.
Description
Called the Critic by cowering locals, Nandi uses its petrifying gaze to turn passing creatures into works of art for its perverse pleasure alone. Ever has this catoblepas haunted the mountains of Vylbrand, yoked by the weight of its gross head, prodding the stone paths conjured by its downcast eyes. Nothin' so dangerous as a stillborn artist, they say. Don't you go temptin' the wretch with good material, if you know what I'm sayin'. Template:Elite Marks
