Maahes is a Rank A Elite Mark found in Eastern Thanalan. Killing the Elite Mark will grant the player up to 40 Allied Seals, 20 Centurio Seals, 30 Allagan Tomestones of Poetics, and 10 Allagan Tomestones of Lore. Player will also have a chance of obtaining a Blood-spattered Mark Log.

Tips and Tricks

It has a large AoE petrify with a 30~ second cool-down which does reset the timer if allowed to cast on top of the previous petrify. Use silence to interrupt it.

Stone Cold: Massive area of effect petrify debuff; Can only be stunned with silence
Petrifying Eye: Conal area of effect petrify debuff
Charged Whisker: Area of effect paralysis debuff

Microblaster: Single-target paralysis debuff

Description

While Halatali is a cultural institution of note, it has also been less than perfect in keeping track of the fighting beasts it starves into greater savagery. Maahes is an object lesson.
