Suzume Kaisuri is a Roegadyn found in The Ruby Sea. She was first introduced with the Stormblood expansion, and is involved in a handful of quests within The Ruby Sea. Outside of this, she is most often found in proximity to her superior officer, Tsukikage.

“Born into a family known for its shell jewelry, Suzume lost her parents when raiders sacked her village. The Roegadyn found a new family with the Confederacy, and now, at twenty-seven years of age, she helps manage the pirates' financial assets as Tsukikage's right hand. Suzume's path would eventually bring her across the brutes who cut down her parents, and tempt her into forsaking her oath for the chance at revenge.
