Forgiven Reticence is a flight-capable terrestrial mount that is summoned using a Forgiven Reticence Horn. The Forgiven Reticence Horn can be purchased from Xylle at The Crystarium or Ilfroy at Eulmore for 
3,200 Sack of Nuts.
