Palace of the Dead (Floors 131-140) is a level 60 deep dungeon introduced in patch 3.45 with Heavensward.

Floor 140 Boss
Ah Puch
The boss will repeatedly drop shadowy AoE puddles on the floor, summon adds that need to be defeated quickly before the boss debuffs the players with Terror and the adds cast Tornado. The boss will always follow Scream with Shadow Flare. It is recommended that players save a Pomander of Resolution, as the Heavenly Judgement spell deals massive damage to this boss.
