Race-Specific Gear Vendor

These vendors sell race- and gender-specific level 1 starter gear. It is the same as the set a new character starts out with.

Besides the gear they will sell Gysahl Greens, as well as three different Minions: Cherry Bomb, Mammet #001, and Wayward Hatchling.
