Pylraster is a Rank A Heavensward Elite Mark found in The Dravanian Forelands.
Killing the Elite Mark will reward the player up to 
40 Centurio Seals, 
30 Allagan Tomestones of Poetics and 
10 Allagan Tomestones of Aesthetics.
