I also can find no evidence that you must accept And We Shall Call it Eureka. I believe this is from a misunderstanding that you must be on a Disciple of the Hand or Land to accept the quest. Please provide screenshots that you cannot take the quest from Galiena while on a DoH/L if she is offering And We Shall Call it Eureka. Freedom4556 (talk) 23:44, 25 September 2022 (UTC)

I know this isn't true because I completed this quest upon reaching Rhalgr's Reach for the first time and And We Shall Call it Eureka is only available upon finishing the main Stormblood storyline. I am also unsure if this requires you to _be_ a Disciple of the Hand or Land to accept the quest or simply need to have one of them at a high enough level. Jim Hessin (talk)

Return of the Bull cannot be required as this quest existed before that one. You simply must be a DoH/DoL. Freedom4556 (talk) 04:40, 15 July 2023 (UTC)

See Custom Deliveries/M'naago. This page says Return of the Bull is required. I have not yet done Return of the Bull and I cannot pick up Reach Long and Prosper (Galiena has no quest marker of any kind) yet despite already doing Go West, Craftsman and being any of the 8 DoH jobs or 3 DoL jobs, ranging from level 52 to 71. While I have not yet gotten to the point where I can do Return of the Bull so I cannot 100% confirm that is the specific trigger, I can confirm that you are wrong about only needing to be DoH/DoL.
