Dismantle is an action unlocked at level 62. It is available for Machinist.

Patch 6.3 (2023-01-10):
- Re-added.
- Now acquired at level 62 (previously level 56).
- Recast time has been increased from 60 to 120 seconds.
- Duration has been increased from 5 to 10 seconds.
Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02): Removed.
Patch 4.06 (2017-08-07): Recast time has been reduced from 90 to 60 seconds.
Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20):
- Effect has been changed from "Lowers target's physical damage dealt by 5%" to "Lowers target's damage dealt by 10%."
- Now acquired at level 56 (previously level 50).
- Effect duration has been reduced from 10 to 5 seconds.
- No longer shares a recast timer with Rend Mind.
