Pandæmonium: Anabaseios (Savage)

General Information

Pandæmonium: Anabaseios (Savage) is 3rd section of Pandæmonium (Savage), the main 8-player raid in Endwalker. Released on May 30, 2023, one week after Anabaseios Normal, Anabaseios (Savage) requires players with item level of 630 or higher to enter. Once unlocked, players can use Party Finder or other means of forming a full premade party before entering the raid, which is located in Raid Finder → Raids.

Unlock

To access Anabaseios (Savage), players must speak with Nemjiji in Labyrinthos (X:8.4 Y:27.4) with a level 90 Disciple of War/Magic after completing the quest, Guided by the Past. They do not need to have completed any prior Pandæmonium (Savage) raids.

Upon registering for and completing a Pandæmonium: Anabaseios (Savage) duty, the player's weekly progress will be updated to that point, preventing them from obtaining rewards from previous floors regardless of whether they have completed them for the week.

Example: A player has yet to complete Anabaseios: The Ninth Circle (Savage) for the week. They cannot register for Anabaseios: The Tenth Circle (Savage). However, they join a premade party in which the leader has completed Anabaseios: The Ninth Circle (Savage) for the week and can register for Anabaseios: The Tenth Circle (Savage). The player can enter Anabaseios: The Tenth Circle (Savage), but will forfeit all rewards from Anabaseios: The Ninth Circle (Savage) until the next weekly reset.

Reward eligibility is reset every Tuesday at 8:00 (GMT).

• In the event a raid is underway when reward eligibility is reset, players will still be permitted to vie for items during the upcoming week.

Upon completing Pandæmonium: Anabaseios (Savage) duties, up to one treasure coffer will appear containing Ascension Equipment Coffers and other rewards, which can be rolled on. Using this item transforms it into gear corresponding to the user's current job. Duplicate equipment coffers in a single treasure coffer will not appear. In addition to a weapon coffer, the coffer that appears upon completing Anabaseios: The Twelfth Circle (Savage) yields a random Ascension Weapon. The number of rewards will be decreased if 1 or more party members have cleared the duty for the week. No coffer will appear if 5 or more players have cleared.

Each player is eligible to roll for all items that appear in a treasure coffer but are limited to one set of rolls per duty per week, regardless of whether they win any of the rolls. Weekly loot limits are expected to be removed in Patch 6.57.

• Example: A player who had not cleared Anabaseios: The Ninth Circle (Savage) for the week can roll on all four accessory coffers that drop from that encounter upon clearing. However, if they reclear the encounter in the same week, they are ineligible to roll again until the next weekly reset, regardless of whether they win any of the rolls the first time.

In addition to equipment coffers, certain Anabaseios (Savage) duties will also drop items that are needed to upgrade IL 650 Credendum Weapons, armor, and accessories to IL 660 Augmented Credendum Weapons, armor, and accessories. The final duty also drops an exclusive mount and orchestrion roll, in addition to a minion (  Wind-up Athena) that can be obtained from the normal-difficulty version.

Loot changes from previous tiers

• A maximum of one treasure coffer will spawn. Previous tiers contained a maximum of two coffers. Loot that would previously have been split into two coffers is now only found in one.
• Duplicate gear coffers, which may previously have appeared in the first three duties, are no longer possible to appear.
• The chest gear (  Ascension Chest Gear Coffer (IL 660)) coffer has been moved to become a drop from the third duty ( Anabaseios: The Eleventh Circle (Savage)), when previously, the chest gear coffer would have dropped from the fourth duty. Note that this coffer does not drop from  Anabaseios: The Twelfth Circle (Savage).

Item Exchange

In addition to gear, players will receive an Anabaseios Mythos from each area, which can be exchanged for gear of your choosing. Instead of being rolled on, these automatically go to the player's inventory upon completing the duty.

• Players will only receive one Anabaseios Mythos per area each week upon completing said area for the first time.

By speaking with Mylenie in Labyrinthos (X:8.3 Y:27.6) or Djole in Radz-at-Han (X:10.3 Y:9.6), players can exchange Anabaseios Mythos from Pandæmonium: Anabaseios (Savage) for corresponding gear.

• With Patch 6.4, the number of tokens required for body and leg armor was reduced from 8 to 6, and for accessories was reduced from 4 to 3. This change did not apply to tokens introduced prior to Patch 6.4. In addition, for the first time, Mythos IV may be exchanged for Mythos I-III at a 1:1 rate.
