Company Seals are a generic reference to the specific types of seals that allow the player to purchase items unique to Grand Companies. Players can obtain these seals by completing Grand Company Hunting Log, FATEs, a couple types of Duty Roulette, certain quests, Grand Company Leves and expert and provision missions.
If you transfer to another Grand Company, your seals will not go with you, since each company has their own type. However, your old company's seals will still be there if you transfer back.
