Confiteor
“Deals unaspected damage with a potency of 900 to target and all enemies nearby it.
Can only be executed while under the effect of Requiescat. Effect fades upon execution.

Confiteor is an action unlocked at level 80. It is available for Paladin.
Etymology
Confiteor means "I confess" in latin. It is also a Roman Catholic prayer where public confession of one's sins is made.
