“For the most part I tend to our facilities and equipment, but the other day a guest came to me with a broken suitcase. Suffice it to say, I had it fixed up in no time! You should've seen the smile on the customer's face.
Well, that got me thinking─why don't I officially offer my services to our guests? I'm planning to bring the proposal to Liplu.— In-game description
