For the most part I tend to our facilities and equipment, but the other day a guest came to me with a broken suitcase. Suffice it to say, I had it fixed up in no time! You should've seen the smile on the customer's face.
Well, that got me thinking─why don't I officially offer my services to our guests? I'm planning to bring the proposal to Liplu.

— In-game description

Shiplu is a Pelupelu found in Kozama'uka.

Shiplu: Liplu was fully supportive of my suggestion! Since she assented, I've been offering my myriad repair services to visitors.
Shiplu: Honestly, I should have pitched the idea sooner. From patching garments to mending boots─there's been no end to the demand!
