Fourth Legacy (PvP)
Targeted Circle“Delivers an attack with a potency of 4,000 to target and all enemies nearby it.
Ignores the effects of Guard when dealing damage.
Additional Effect: Adds 3 seconds of charge to the limit gauge
Can only be executed after successfully landing Fourth Generation.

Fourth Legacy (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Viper.
