Walkthrough

You will find the tribe in the area where their camp usually spawns, near four horses, fighting a bunch of Steppe Gedan.
Keep the members of the tribe (Khalja, Altani, Sokhatai, and Anarba) alive.
Kill enough Gedan to win before time runs out.

The Dataq are the subject of a very long FATE chain in The Azim Steppe. This 13-part saga has an achievement and an item reward for completing the entire thing.
