Quest Line Unlock Prerequisites
(From the Preliminary Patch Notes) Players must first complete the main scenario quest "Into the Aery" and the quest "Laying the First Brick."
Into the Aery is a story quest and most have already done it. Laying the First Brick is at the end of a long chain. Said chain is in order below:
