Grants the Crest of Time Returned to self and nearby party members within a radius of 15 yalms when barrier is completely absorbed.
Crest of Time Returned Effect: Gradually restores HP

Patch 7.1 (2024-11-12): No longer increases damage dealt by 10%.
Patch 6.11 (2022-04-25):
- Barrier strength has been increased from a heal potency of 8,000 to 12,000.
- Cure potency from Crest of Time Returned effect has been increased from 4,000 to 6,000.
- Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12):
- Recast time has been reduced from 30 to 20 seconds.
- Barrier potency has been increased from 2,500 to 8,000.
